A Yogi is someone who delights in taking a vacation from the stress and anxieties of the ‘world’ to joyfully with bare feet and a clear head step into the land of blissful abandon, swimming in delightful speech and playful movement.

Sharon, David and Shyam Das will guide us through the inner and outer forests, fields, and lakes of Menla, the holy medicine land high in the Catskills. Come prepared for yoga asanas, hiking, swimming, meditation, pranayama, singing, and dancing. For all levels.
