7 Day Yoga Intensive  June 2 to 9, 2008

Take a week and discover how ancient yogic teachings can enrich your daily life. Awaken your potential. Learn practical tools to enhance your health and well-being. Explore a variety of yogic practices to access your inner resources of wisdom, courage and inspiration.

Each day will include one-and-a-half hours of hatha yoga, a two-hour morning workshop, a three hour-afternoon workshop and satsang each evening.
