Handheld frame drums are one of the oldest musical instruments. The rituals of the earliest known religions evolved around the beat of the frame drum.
You will make your own drum and have the opportunity to creatively experience other ancient circles; the labyrinth and the mandala. Both are forms of art and meditation practice. Join us on this full moon in a celebration of life!
