A one-week retreat taught by Sarah Cullen, providing an opportunity to develop your yoga practice in the peace & beauty of Northern Ibiza. Classes will be taught within the “Mysore Self-practice” tradition, allowing for self-discovery & playful exploration whilst remaining true to the Ashtanga Vinyasa system. Complete or near beginners are also welcome and will be gently introduced to this practice & encouraged to develop their independence within the week.
