Exploring Prayer & Meditation. Specially designed for those wanting to explore the '11th Step' of prayer and meditation and those who are participating in AA or 12 Step programs. This is an experiential retreat teaching the easy steps of meditation to connect with our Higher Power, bringing strength, peace, and relaxation. There will be an AA closed meeting on Saturday evening.
