Begin each day with a fun Vinyasa flow yoga class combining breath, movement, chanting, and positive energy. In the evenings experience a slower more restorative yoga class focusing on body restoration and deep relaxation.  Other practices we will explore are partner yoga and partner stretching. Guests will be introduced to the rich history and culture of yoga. Surfing, hiking, sea kayaking, star gazing and beach days.
