on 3/15/2010 by Linda	I've participated in cleanse retreats at Hacienda del Sol for the past 4 years. I love going back to the peaceful, healing energy I feel there. I always feel grounded and fulfilled after I complete one of their cleanses. The staff is so supportive and loving and the facilities are charming, quiet and beautiful. I've also experienced the fluid movement exercises with Robyn and loved it! She is a gifted teacher and guide to assist her students in connecting with the energy in their bodies in a completely new and creative way. I highly recommend this retreat for a full mind/body/spirit experience!

It is a rustic and charming retreat center...perfect for relaxing and letting the body unwind and detox. I felt completely supported by Menlha and the other guests. It was a safe, friendly, and healing environment, and beautiful! Menlha has amazing energy that can be felt throughout the entire center. I've brought several friends back with me and they all comment on what good energy they felt there! My digestive system seems to get better and better each year that I cleanse there. I highly recommend it and will continue to visit.
