Fresh Start is a place where people come to lose weight, detox their bodies and improve their health.

We offer health restoration retreats at the eco-luxurious Ocean Resort, Vancouver Island’s Wellness Retreat Centre near Campbell River. The center has 5, 9, and 14 day all-inclusive, supervised programs that focus on advanced whole-body detoxification, weight loss, and rejuvenation, combined with daily health lectures, exercise classes, and emotional wellness workshops. Custom-made cleansing drinks and fresh organic juices, delicious gourmet live foods, periods semi-fasting, and hydrotherapy treatments are provided to encourage cleansing, healing and cellular re-nourishment. Colonics, massage and other detox focused healing therapies are additionally offered at Fresh Start.

Since 2005 Fresh Start has dedicated itself to assisting our guests in improving a variety of health conditions and diseases. Some guests don't have a major ilness, but have a desire to detox, get back on track and to improve their overall health. Others come with diabetes, arthritis, digestive disorders and other health conditions. Whatever the reason, by the end of the program most people experience increased energy, greater ease of movements and clarity of the mind, and improvement of the conditions they came with. We have an experienced N.D. on our team and Naturopathic Assessments are included in the 9 and 14 day program cost.
