We offer non-directed retreats in a place of beauty, silence and solitude.
Retreats can be for a few days, a few weeks or for longer-term sabbaticals.
Spiritual direction is available, if desired, to all retreatants; if you’d like more than one session we ask for a small contribution.
We also occasionally offer workshops or days of reflection and one-day retreats to schools.
If you’d like to make a retreat with your spouse we have one hermitage that accommodates two people.

Holy Hill Hermitage is a retreat centre that is also home to a small community of men and women who live as apostolic hermits according to the Carmelite tradition. Together with Nada Hermitage in Crestone, Colorado, we form the Spiritual Life Institute, a community dedicated to simplicity of life, contemplative prayer, and when appropriate, apostolic outreach in the Church and society.

There is a bus from Eireann that comes through Skreen. We can pick you up at the bus station
