Serving mainly youth, Hargis is a camp-like retreat center located in the foothills of central Alabama, 30 min southeast of Birmingham. At Hargis our goal is simple: we want to partner with group leaders to make planning & executing retreats a pleasant & rewarding experience.
Our grounds are beautiful & offer hiking trails, a lake for fishing & canoeing, fields for games & activities, a large swimming pool,& ample meeting space in each lodge.
