My Sedona Yoga and Hiking Retreat truly changed my life. I spent several days with Johanna, and a wonderful group of fellow retreat attendees. We hiked among the gorgeous red rocks, we did yoga, we shared from our hearts. It was exactly what I needed, given a recent (and particularly nasty) break up. It was a very spiritual and healing experience for me. I arrived feeling stressed out, upset and overwhelmed. I left feeling calm, peaceful and strong. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone!

We found the Sedona yoga & hiking retreat with Johanna to be a very rewarding experience which continues to extend into our life. Her retreat blends a perfect combination of yoga with the beauty of Sedona and the experiences of being in and near the vortexes.
Each of our yoga retreats with Johanna have brought us different yoga experiences. We enjoyed yoga sessions on the red rocks, hiking at bell rock, climbing cathedral rock and time to experience the solitude of the area
I highly recommend the Sedona yoga retreat with Johanna to all who want a memorable and lasting yoga experience.

I highly recommend Johanna’s self renewal retreat in Oceanside, CA. I am a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist who works in a busy Chiropractic office and runs a private business. My business has a high burn out rate, and Johanna was able to address my specific goals for renewal of body, mind and spirit. Johanna was able to give me the tools to deal with upcoming situations in life and reflect upon what had passed. Her teachings are valid and inspiring. She was able to answer all my questions readily on the Chakras, 8 Limbs of Yoga, Yoga postures, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Sedona Method release work and more. I stayed in the L-shaped room, which is spacious and relaxing. I enjoyed having tea and journaling in the patio garden. My favorite times besides the glorious gardens at Self Realization Fellowship and Yoga on the beach, was the transition times in the car. We made good use of our time by having deep meaningful discussions. My hat is off to Johanna for such a gorgeous retreat with the energy and light she brings to her work and now mine.

This was one of the best things I ever arranged for myself. I have a job that is pretty demanding and I feel a lot of stress at times. The time spent with Johanna still reminds me of the peaceful feeling we shared at the mediation garden and also at her yoga space. I really recommend this retreat for those who are just like me, who may need to find balance and peace in life while getting a lot done as a member of society. I have to say that this retreat will release a lot of tension and recharge us. The teacher is a perfect guide for any level of student. A beginner like myself, she taught yoga starting with the breathing. Johanna is a loving and free spirit. If you want to learn the depth of Yoga, Yogalife is a perfect choice. After I went to her retreat, I am finding love in the small things and have found the inner peace to really enjoy exactly what is.
Love, Mikichan
