The Retreat at Thunder Ridge, and your hosts Laura & Lew Webb, strive to provide a high quality experience by offering a “First Class” facility, in a beautiful mountain setting, and by pampering their guests with great food, service, and top notch accommodations. We specialize in a “Full Service Plan”, but also offer an “Accommodations Only” option for our more budget conscious groups. In addition, we have “Day Use” and “Evening Use” options.

Travel Info: Getting to The Retreat at Thunder Ridge is really quite simple, whether you choose to drive to Durango, or to fly into the Durango/La Plata County Airport (DRO). We are serviced from either Denver (DEN), by United Airlines (www.united.com) or Frontier Airlines (www.frontierairlines.com), or from Phoenix (PHX), by US Airways (www.usairways.com).
If you choose to fly, we can either pick you up at the airport, and shuttle you to the lodge, or, as many prefer for a little more “transportation freedom”, you may rent a vehicle at the airport. Most major rental companies are represented there. Directions to the lodge from the airport are written below, or you may MapQuest them.
Driving to Durango can be a fun and scenic trip from most locations, and directions to the lodge, once you arrive in Durango, are also written below. Use the map shown here to help you once you are close.
