MIND YOUR BODY - Detoxification Retreat

We offer lifestyle change retreats in our Kapoho sanctuary with natural detoxification treatments for addiction, water and green juice fasting and raw food nutritional programs for wellness or disease reversal, and the Gerson Therapy for cancer. Medical supervision by naturopathic doctors, yoga, meditation, EFT, Reichian breathwork, acupuncture, Watsu, and cognitive behavioral therapy are available at the retreat.

Travel Info: We are located on the Big Island In Hawaii. Our main retreat center is in Kapoho Sanctuary which is located 29 miles east of Hilo.

Taxi and airport pick up service are available.


Recovery from depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue 11/15/2012	Dr. Baylac has created the exact transformational bridge and space that I required to return home to myself. In addition, I was able to try a raw food diet, lose 7 lbs of toxic sludge, quit a 15 year caffeine addiction, and learned many things about how to live a long and healthy life. I also learned how to better understand and feel much more comfortable processing my emotions. I will always remember the waves, swimming with the turtles, yoga, the geckos and the beautiful black sand and lava.
Natural Rehabilitation – Methadone 7/31/2012	I stayed at the Retreat for 6 weeks and this time truly changed my life. I had surgery and became addicted to opiates. One thing led to another and before I knew it 7 years of my life went by on drugs. Methadone was my drug of choice and I had tried 5 ‘Detoxes’ and 2 Rehabs to kick this drug. Nothing seemed to work. I suffered hard at these traditional rehabs. But I was surrounded by negative people and bad food. At the Hawaii retreat it was the opposite.
Detoxification, parasite cleanse, weight loss 4/30/2012	The protocol I was on at the retreat involved detoxification and a parasite cleanse, the result of which I lost a consistent 2 pounds a week and am now (July 2012) over 20 pounds lighter than when I arrived (April 2012), losing some of the weight that was gained in the parasite years. I eat the same amount of food or more than I ever did and look and feel better and lighter than I have for years.
Reconnecting with self - finding purpose 4/16/2013	I came to Hawaii Naturopathic Retreat Center with the intention to focus on regaining my health and energy, but I have gained so much more than that. Hawaii Naturopathic Retreat Center is truly a magical place. I have learned so much about myself here. From being healthy and happy to balanced and free. At the retreat I not only learned about the importance of nutrition and taking care of my body but I also learnt a lot about the real me that was hiding behind my ailments.
