In a comfortable home setting Bethany Retreat House offers a place of silence in which to listen to one's inner stirrings and to the movement of God in one's life experience. Retreatants spend time alone, growing to find the quiet a nurturing environment for rest and prayer. The silence becomes a gift in which one is able to come home to one's true self and to discover God present.
Bethany Retreat House is open to women and men of all faiths, to laity, clergy, and religious who seek its silent atmosphere for prayer and reflection.
Bethany offers individually directed and private silent retreats which are individually scheduled to accomodate the needs of each person. Retreats can be scheduled for a day, an overnight, or several nights, including the 30-day Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. Ongoing spiritual direction, dreamwork, and the Ignatian retreat in daily life are also available.
