The Villa Maria Retreat and Conference Center is the perfect setting to renew your spirit, retreat from life’s distractions, or reconnect with nature. Established in 1891 by the Ursuline Sisters, we are an interfaith center located between Red Wing and Lake City, near the shores of Lake Pepin and adjacent to scenic Frontenac State Park. All are welcome! We're also near Rochester, MInnesota, and the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, MN, are slightly more than one hour away on US Highway 61.
We offer room for up to 100 for overnight stays in our main building, and we have two cabins (one seasonal and one year-round) that can hold up to 60 additional guests.
Our conference center (Ursuline Hall) and Woodhaven Lodge accommodate groups of more than 100 for meetings.

Housing: Because we have several hosting buildings, we are able to accommodate all types of groups, large and small. Some rooms have AC and private baths, while others have shared baths and more basic rooms. Our cabins have separate wings, so boys and girls can be separated. Our large cabin includes a space for counselors as well.
