Special Features: Lake Doniphan prepares meals for special diets, and kosher food acceptable to conservative Jewish groups, by prior arrangement. Vegetarian or gluten-free alternatives are also available for all meals, if requested in advance.
The grounds have 2 lakes stocked for catch-and-release fishing (blue gill, bass and croppie), paddleboats and canoes, and equipment for horseshoes, softball and soccer. The 18-hole Excelsior Springs golf course is next door.
Technology and AV: Lake Doniphan has overhead projectors, screens, portable CD players, TV's and VCR/DVD's, and flip chart stands which you may reserve for your meeting at no additional charge. Wireless internet plus 9 connection ports.
