Are you living your life on automatic pilot?
Is your mind constantly wandering?
Are you entangled in endless activity?
Unplug.
Go to the woods.
Come into the presence of still waters.
Walk in the silence of ancient forests.
Rest on the banks of the Vallecitos River.
Listen to the land and your heart.
