Cedarbrake is a non-profit retreat and renewal center owned and supported by the Diocese of Austin. It can accommodate overnight or day-only activities, as well as individual retreatants or visitors.
Cedarbrake welcomes individual retreatants. Spiritual direction, if desired, can be arranged. Reservations for individual private retreats are dependent upon available space. Anyone interested in making a private retreat at Cedarbrake should contact the Cedarbrake office as far in advance as possible.

The grounds: Cedarbrake is located on 32 acres of naturally wooded beauty, ten minutes from Lake Belton. Numerous paths for trail walking; meditation spots such as the St. Francis fountain and pool, the outdoor Stations of the Cross; an outdoor pavilion; a playing court for volleyball and badminton; swings, picnic tables, and a gazebo all provide a peaceful setting for retreat and renewal. A large labyrinth is situated directly behind the Conference Center.
Cedarbrake's chapel and library are open every day. The public is invited to the Wednesday 5 p.m. Mass held in the chapel, and to come and walk the grounds any day.

Housing: Sleeping Accommodations: Each of the 6 residence buildings can house 8 singles or 16 doubles. Each building has 8 rooms with private baths. Configuration may be one twin bed or 2 twin beds in each room. Linens are included.
Food Service: Cedarbrake has no regular food service; however a list of local caterers is available through the Office. Each residence building and the Lodge and Conference Center has a fully equipped kitchen for guests who wish to do their own cooking
