Join us for a week of yoga, Pilates and fun on the Big Island of Hawaii. Morning and evening classes in Pilates and yoga with over 30 hrs of teaching. Choose from classes in: Pilates, Kundalini yoga, gentle/beginning, intermediate/advanced hatha yoga, yoga nidra, pranayama, meditation and chanting. Hatha yoga classes offered will be the Kripalu, Integrative Yoga Therapy, Meridian/Shiatsu and Iyengar styles. Childrens' classes may be offered. Spend the middle of the day exploring the island or relaxing.
