Retreats are during 4-day weekend in the summer. Relaxing & educational wellness retreat near Rocky Mt. National park (Colorado).  Attune body, mind & spirit. Private B&B for 1 to 3 workshop guests.  Surrounding by mountains, tall Ponderosa pines, big blue sky and lots of sunshine! Includes 4 health sessions, along with optional journaling and meditation, over 4 days (usually weekends) in summer. (eg=seaweed wrap, chi energy scan, nutritionist analysis, massage, facial analysis, etc.)
