Juliette8/27/2010I found Spirit Falls Personal Forest Retreats the ideal sanctuary for me. I just concluded a comforting two weeks amongst the Pines and Trickling Waterfalls in deep contemplation fasting and resting. Bodhi Heart was willing and able to share his expertise and lend a listening ear whenever I called him do do so otherwise the setting was perfect for Silence. My cabin Cave of The Heart which retained a mild smell of pine was clean and oh so comfortable with all amenities contained within including the cool fresh air that wafted through the well ventilated windows. It vibrated with my own personal waves of energy and I renamed it (the feel good room.) Having returned to New York City I can feel the blessings and rewards of my goals which I set out to achieve at Spirit Falls and intend to maintain it.
Thessa6/23/2010I just finished a 7 day silent retreat in the Hopi cabin at Spirit Falls.   Deer accompanied me for much of the days, lying on the land a few feet from the cabin.  Bodhi has worked well with the land – he created the gurgling falls, wonderful and soft night lighting on the ground and cozy cabins (I loved the extra pillows – a wonderful support for inner journeying).  He took care to understand what kind of experience I wanted to create while I was there and then helped me to create that throughout the week.  I made the breakthrough I was looking for.  The outdoor hot tub is a treat, especially given the lack of chlorine and bromine based chemicals.  The 3 mile walk to Strawberry provided a perfect walking meditation.  I really felt that Spirit Falls is supporting the collective by providing an accessible (inexpensive) and beautiful place for time out, introspection and relaxation – things that the world really can benefit from right now.  Gratitude!  Thanks for all your work and presence on this vision Bodhi.
Greg6/1/2010From the moment I stepped foot in Spirit Falls Retreat I could feel myself slowing down and growing quiet. Bodhi's  elevated intention for his guests was clearly felt from the first moment - which allowed for deep personal insights and transformation. Everything was provided in the cabin (bring food) and I could completely settle into the silent personal meditation retreat that I had planned. The grounds are beyond beautiful and felt sacred. Incredibly affordable and delightfully convenient to lots of great local destinations, if one ever wanted to venture away from Spirit Falls for any reason. I needed some reading material and Bodhi had plenty of great ones. Excellent, accommodating host and a truly memorable experience. I really enjoyed it! Thank you so much.
Barbara5/31/2010"What pleasant memories I have of the natural beauty of tall pines, deep blue sky and woodland creatures at Spirit Falls.  Using this natural beauty, Bodhi has created a peaceful setting with small waterfalls and rock creations that provide a meditative atmosphere for quiet reflection.  I enjoyed all the comforts in my little cabin and loved the privacy and quiet.  The spiritual focus of this retreat location helped me to find my own intention for a retreat, and the lovely, tranquil surroundings created the space for it.  I look forward to coming here again when I need a place to retreat."
barbara5/19/2010Spirit Falls was a perfect fit for my needs--a quiet, lovely, affordable place to be while I spent some time looking at current questions in my life.  Jasmine cabin was beautifully finished with new wood and comfortable furniture and the sound of water over stones outside my window.  Everything was provided--from dish soap to microwave and refrigerator.   Lovely area to walk and next to a National forest. My plans are already made to return to the tall pines and the wonderful air.
