I had 3 massages in 2 days during my retreat; wow, I have never had this experience before!
Sue is present and she takes the time to allow the long term stress, the deep stuff, to come out. She is an amazing healer!

Thank you so much for your beautiful words, you had me in tears. I have much to think about and to work on from my stay and I will be taking a good look at myself .I gained so much from my retreat - complete and absolute time out, lovely food, extremely interesting conversation and exchange of ideas, and I felt completely pampered.
