My husband and I got married at Loloma Lodge this last August and had an absolutely amazing experience. Loloma's several acres are accessible and gorgeous - we got married by the river, had our toasts in a sunlit meadow, had dinner in the forest by the side of an old-fashioned dance floor, and cut our cake on the front steps of the rustic main lodge (only one of the numerous lodging options, from riverfront cabins to the VIP House). The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous in summer, though the lodge possesses wonderful charm under winter snows as well. You will find its owner and caretaker, Kathy, to be enjoyable, engaging, and generous with her time and energy, especially if you are planning an event. I strongly encourage anyone who's looking for a family reunion or wedding venue to consider Loloma Lodge. It is reasonably priced and unbeatably lovely...our wedding was a dream, and several guests later told us it was the most beautiful one they'd ever been to!

My wife and I were married at Loloma Lodge, in September. A beautiful spot. We rented the whole property for 5 days. Soon after the problems began..... We ran out of heating oil on day 2 and tried to heat the log lodge by firewood in the fireplace. By Friday evening, She finally had a truck deliver the oil, however it was during the rehearsal dinner and only 35 yards away from the festivities. When the weekend was over we had payed our final invoice after meeting with the owner only to find ourselves in court for an error that she had made 4 weeks after the wedding was over. In my wife and my opinion, I would recommend staying far away from this lodge for any type of event. Feel free to contact us for a paper trail of our encounter.
