The Dharma Centre of Canada is one of the oldest meditation centres in North America. With an emphasis on Buddhist practices, it offers solo, group and online retreats and hosts qualified teachers from different traditions and paths of awakening.

The Dharma Centre of Canada is proud to be situated on the historic land of the Michi Saagiig and Chippewa Nations, also known as the Williams Treaties First Nations. The Williams Treaties First Nations are the inalienable stewards and caretakers of these lands and rivers, according to the Dharma Centre. We're all Treaty supporters. We also value the wisdom, contributions, and teachings of Métis, Inuit, and other First Peoples, as well as their distinct history, culture, and customs.

The Dharma Centre is devoted to expanding its understanding and partnerships with local Indigenous groups in the spirit of reconciliation. We also want to make sure that the land acknowledgment includes all of the land's traditional and existing Métis, First Nation, and Indigenous communities.
