Simon Cole is a therapist of over 30 years, for whom the quality of relationship is paramount and whose creation of a Centre where both community and privacy are prized, has been his primary aim.

Our retreat prices are fully inclusive of accommodation in an individual room (unless couple requested) with a private bathroom and all meals. Also included are all materials and transport to walking points from the Centre.
Transfers from and to Toulouse or Carcassonne airports is available at a charge of €35 each way.

Simon is a senior-accredited counsellor with over thirty years experience. He offers this retreat-workshop to bring together themes of being yourself as the person you genuinely are, and connecting with others in a complex world.
His training in using meditation as discovery is an inspiration for renewal.
During the retreat you will learn and exchange in a group in the ‘summer-house’ group-room, in the gardens, in talks, in free time, over meals together and on walks in the surrounding forests, hills and mountains.

Housing: 5 bedrooms and one mezzanine bedroom are available. The intention is that individual accommodation is provided whenever requested, though 3 rooms have a double bed and 2 can be double or twin. One room has an ensuite bathroom, and there are three other bathrooms. There are never more than two guests sharing a bathroom.
Vegetarian diets (but not vegan) can be catered on request.
