Training/Lineage: Kelley, the founder of Savannah Yoga Center, has been practicing and teaching yoga for nearly 20 years. Her teaching style is creative and light-hearted. Kelley teaches two polar opposite styles of yoga: Dynamic Vinyasa for those that like to flow quickly while sweating their way to enlightenment to upbeat tempo music as well as Gentle Vinyasa for those that want or need to experience more ease and comfort in their lives. She often threads mythology, mudra, and breathwork into the practice, her hope is that students experience the magic, grounding, and transformational nature of yoga in her classes.
